We would like to express our' satisfaction with the Building and Pest Reports we contracted Resi Inspect to undertake, on the property we are purchasing, on the Bridle Track north of Bathurst. Both reports were professional, detailed and informative. The photographs illustrating problems & potential problems were just what the non-professional needs to clarify concerns.

The inspections were carried out on short notice which was much appreciated. The follow-up phone call from Jeffrey, after we had received the reports, answered the few queries I still had and greatly assisted in our’ understanding of several technical points

As I was home when Jeffrey inspected our' Oberon property, I was able to assess his' work firsthand. I am of the opinion that this inspection was diligently & thoroughly carried out, without haste, by a most competent & experienced professional. I also found him to be punctual, courteous and friendly.

We just want to say how satisfied and appreciative of a recent inspection that we had in Bathurst. We contacted Resi Inspect on the Thursday as we needed an inspection on a property that we were looking to purchase. There were two interested parties in buying this property so we needed the inspection ASAP. We were delighted when we received a phone call to say that the inspection could be done on the following day. As a result of this we were successful with the purchase.
