We had the advantage of seeing the building inspection report the current owners still had. They had only purchased this house a year ago and the comparisons between the report writing was interesting. Whilst both reports highlighted similar issues, only your report told us of non complying measures on steps and railings. And of course – the leaking toilet! The photos you took were extensive so there would be no misunderstandings.
